ROOT CANAL CARE
Every tooth has a nerve and blood supply in the centre
of the tooth. If the nerve dies or becomes infected, it
can be very painful and lead to an infection. In these
cases removing the nerve from the tooth and replacing
it with a biocompatible material will resolve all
problems. Despite common belief, a root canal does
NOT have to be a painful procedure. Most of our
patients do not experience any pain during root canal
therapy.

PERIODONTAL CARE
When the gum tissue or supporting bone becomes
infected, it is very important to eliminate the infection
and reverse any damage done when possible. Recent
research has found definitive links between gum and
bone health with heart health, making it very important
to maintain a healthy mouth.

RESTORATIVE CARE
When a tooth structure has become compromised or
broken due to carries (tooth decay) or mechanical
wear (damage from excessive clenching, grinding, or
trauma) it is important to fix the damage with
appropriate measures. This can range from white
colour fillings to full coverage crowns. Our Standard
of care is to use metal free restorations that are free
of allergens, toxic metals, and are more cosmetic
and durable.

TOOTH REPLACEMENT CARE
When a tooth has been lost or never was present, it
can be in the best interest of the patient to replace
the missing tooth. Missing teeth can lead to supporting
bone loss, over eruption of teeth, or tipping of
adjacent teeth into the empty space. Many options
are available to replacing missing teeth, from
removable dentures, to fixed prostheses (bridges that
utilize adjacent teeth), to implant placement
(independent tooth replacements).

SURGICAL CARE
When a tooth becomes non-restorable or is strategically
better to be removed, it can safely be removed
from the mouth. In certain cases gum tissue needs to
be re-contoured for a more hygienic situation or for
